The position

We're looking for a passionate, organized and versatile interior designer to join our dynamic team. You'll work on residential and commercial projects, from conception to completion.

Liability

Space surveys and site analysis
Functional planning and conceptualization
3D modeling (SketchUp) and visual renderings
Concept development and materials research
Presentation and editing of customer documents
Design of technical construction details
Technical drawings (AutoCAD)
Budget estimates and preparation of schedules
Coordination with stakeholders (contractors, engineers, suppliers, etc.))
Preparation of permit application files
Site visits and progress monitoring
Proactive detection of issues and effective resolution

Training

Diploma in interior design (bachelor's degree or DEC) or environmental design

Technical skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency inSketchUp
Proficiency in Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

General skills

Excellent command of spoken and written French; functional English
Team spirit, autonomy and initiative
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Knowledge of local suppliers and manufacturers
Positive attitude, rigor and solution orientation
