1. Confirmation: By completing the online form, you will receive a confirmation email. A member of the team will contact you within 7 days to set a date and time — remember to check your spam folder or email us at allo@vivesstlaurent.com for any additional questions.
2. Preparation: If you haven't already done so, send us images, plans and inspirations (colors, etc.) to allo@vivesstlaurent.com, specifying your name and the date/time of the consultation.
3. Video-conference meeting: On the day, connect via the Google Meet link you received. Ensure a stable connection and a quiet environment.
4. Personalized advice: Interact with a certified designer to get tailored recommendations for your project. There is no predefined structure for how you use your time; the consultations are designed to be collaborative and adapted to your needs and preferences.

The consultations take place via 1 hour 15 minute video calls on Google Meet, allowing you to show your space in real time using the camera of the device from which you are making the call. We therefore recommend that you be present in the space during the call, or if this is not possible, that you have photos and plans available.

Many find it easier and more efficient to compile photos of their space into a document, which can be uploaded to a computer for review during the consultation. You can also send us this document prior to the meeting at allo@vivesstlaurent.com, specifying the time and date of your appointment.

You can also share additional images using the screen-sharing feature of Google Meet.

Our clients are generally pleasantly surprised to be able to get all their answers during a consultation and come away feeling enlightened, energized, confident about the next steps to take, and full of new ideas for their space.

A follow-up email including the notes, tips, and recommendations discussed during the call will be sent in the following days.

The preparation can be as minimal or as thorough as the client deems necessary to achieve their objectives during the consultation.

Generally, we suggest preparing a simple document or presentation including photos of the spaces for which you need assistance and the questions you would like answered.

Some people also include inspirational images, furniture/decorations under consideration, or floor plans/drawings, etc.
