2. Preparation: If you haven't already done so, send us images, plans and inspiration (colors, etc.) to allo@vivesstlaurent.com, indicating your name and the date/time of the consultation.
3. Video-conference meeting: On the day, connect to the Google Meet link you've received. Make sure you have a stable connection and a quiet environment.
4. Personalized advice: Talk to a certified designer to get tailor-made recommendations for your project. There is no predefined structure for the use of your time; consultations are designed to be collaborative and tailored to your needs and preferences.

Consultations take place via 1h15 video calls on Google Meet, enabling you to show your space in real time using the camera on the device from which you are making the call. We therefore recommend that you be present in the space during the call, or if this is not possible, that you have photos and floor plans available.

Many find it easier and more efficient to compile photos of their space into a document, which can be downloaded onto a computer for review during the consultation. You can send us this document in advance of your meeting to allo@vivesstlaurent.com, specifying the time and date of your meeting.

You can also share additional images using Google Meet's screen sharing function.

Preparation can be as minimal or as thorough as the client deems necessary to achieve the goals of the consultation.

In general, we suggest preparing a simple document or presentation including photos of the spaces you need help with and the questions you'd like answered.

Some people also include inspirational images, envisioned furniture/decorations, or floor plans/drawings, etc.
